PES has developed a handheld device that provides results on a variety of indicators, in-field in 5 minutes. The PES are working with industry and academic experts to provide farmers with a sensor system that reports on a variety of biological, chemical and physical soil health indicators, including microbial biomass and soil organic matter content.
